We would like you to be happy with your order. Marianna’s Journey is about creating alternative solutions to help heal the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the human body for our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied, let us know so we can ensure we do not make the same mistake again. This policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
1. Returns
1.1 You must notify Marianna’s Journey of the return within 14 days of purchase by sending an explanation as to why you want to return via mariannasjourney@gmail.com. Thereafter we can’t be held liable.
1.2 We don’t offer returns. If the item was not what you expected, you are not able to return it.
2. Refunds
2.1 We will only process a refund if you notify us mariannasjourney@gmail.com. We will then ask you to take photos of the damaged item(s) and send it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.2 If you received the goods damaged or defective, we would replace the item if we have stock. Failing that, we will refund you for the damaged goods in full.
3. Replacements
3.1 Replacements, refunds, or credits will only be affected once the goods in question have been inspected.
3.2 We will not refund or replace if there is any evidence that the product has been used.
4. Defective products
We will try our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality, and in good working order and without defects.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
4.1 Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
4.2 Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.
4.3 Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.
4.4 Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
5. Standard Warranty
5.1 Where there is no extended supplier warranty period, unfortunately we cannot facilitate returns.
